Events beyond a 20-mile radius of Newport News, VA, may include a small travel fee.
Please confirm travel availability before booking to ensure we can serve your area.

✅ Base Zone (0–20 miles in Newport News and surrounding areas)
No travel fee.

🟧 Zone 1: 21–30 miles (Norfolk, Williamsburg, or Gloucester)
+ $25 flat fee

🟧 Zone 2: 31–45 miles (Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk)
+ $40 flat fee

🟧 Zone 3: 46–60 miles (Over 1.5 hours roundtrip — often weekend-only availability.)
+ $60 flat fee
